Description:
In Emeryville, a town of 73,250, a serial killer is terrorizing residents, marking his victims with the number 13. On a stormy night, Sara is home alone when a real estate consultant named Andrew arrives at her door, wanting to discuss selling her house – a proposition she hasn't agreed to. She reluctantly offers him shelter from the rain, but as he discusses a difficult custody battle, his agitation grows, putting Sara in danger. Another visitor arrives: John, a home security technician who claims to be fixing a fuse. However, a knife discovered in his bag casts suspicion on him. As Sara and Andrew try to figure out who the real threat is, a surprising revelation makes them question who needs saving.
