Description:
After a string of poorly performing shows, the president of QTTV is ousted. The network executives decide to seek a new leader with a better understanding of entertainment. They approach Bugs Bunny, asking him to take on the role of president and inquiring about his background. To illustrate, scenes from the special "What's Up Doc?" are shown. Ultimately, Bugs accepts the position.
