Down Our Street (1942)

This Ministry of Information film tells the story of three women, all from the same street but different social classes, who unexpectedly find themselves together at one house. Though they likely hadn't interacted much before the war, the conflict seems to have lessened old class divides. Now, these three housewives share a bond through their sons, who are all serving in the military.
