René (2008)

René drives through his monotonous life when he feels a sneeze coming on. Pausing to listen, he quietly murmurs, "Bless you." He then turns to the camera and says, "I am a scream without an echo." The film follows René's tragicomic journey to find that missing echo, a way to escape his isolation. His search becomes an increasingly difficult odyssey, fraught with obstacles. As he battles his own instability and narrowly avoids death, he slowly realizes the answer lies within himself.
