Description:

For Ronald's birthday, the Hamburglar, sulking over a missed gift, invites everyone to "Birthday World," a phony amusement park run by the sinister Professor Thaddeus J. Pinchworm. Initially, everyone is entertained, but they soon realize they're trapped. The rides are poorly made and inescapable. Things take a bizarre turn when a rollercoaster transforms them all into babies – Franklin and Tika included, both wearing diapers. Now toddlers with limited abilities, they must find a way to reverse the transformation.
