Description:
Following the collapse of the Soviet Union, many Eastern immigrants settled permanently in Latvia, who Latvians commonly refer to as "Russians." More than two decades after gaining independence, lingering distrust and prejudice persist within the Latvian community. A Latvian director enlists a Norwegian colleague who speaks Russian to help him understand these "Russians" and develop an integration strategy. However, he soon realizes that only Latvians can truly address this complex issue. The director then embarks on a journey to bridge the gap between "us" and "them."
