Description:
"Sea Dreaming Girls" is a delightful documentary about embracing new experiences and enjoying life at any age. It follows a spirited group of grandmothers in a small Italian mountain village who have never seen the sea. Led by the determined Erminia, they organize a trip to the coast to celebrate their Rododendro club's 20th anniversary. Many of the women have never been to the sea before, and they must find a way to fund their journey. They try selling baked goods and even creating a calendar, but it’s their final, unexpected idea that captures national attention and makes them famous throughout Italy.
