Description:
On the planet Jaconda, giant Gastropods rule. Their leader, Mestor, plans a massive explosion to spread his species' eggs across the galaxy. He kidnaps two brilliant young twins from Earth to calculate the necessary equations. Lieutenant Hugo Lang and his space fighters are sent to rescue them, but he is the only survivor when his ship crashes on Titan III. A newly regenerated Doctor and Peri join forces with Jaconda’s former ruler, Professor Edgeworth, who is secretly a Time Lord named Azmael. Together they must defeat Mestor and liberate the planet's bird-like inhabitants from the Gastropods' tyranny. Azmael ultimately sacrifices himself to achieve victory.
