Description:

The TARDIS appears on a space beacon in Earth’s future, moments before it's attacked by pirates. Trapped within the beacon, the travelers are thrown into chaos when it's blasted apart and taken to the pirates' plunder site – a place rich in the mineral argonite. They witness a battle between the pirates and the Interstellar Space Corps, commanded by General Hermack and Major Warne. The ISC believes the mastermind behind the pirate attacks is Milo Clancey, an unassuming space mining pioneer, but his true leader is Caven. Caven operates from a hidden base on the planet Ta, aided by Madeleine Issigri, the daughter of Clancey’s former partner Dom, who is unknowingly his captive. After discovering Caven's deceit, Madeleine helps bring him to justice. Clancey then provides the time travelers with passage back to the TARDIS aboard his old ship, the LIZ 79.
