Description:
Painter Freddy lives with his wife and child by Lake Tegernsee and is trying to revive his career when his life is unexpectedly shattered. He's accused of assaulting his wife, leading to the removal of his eight-year-old son into protective custody. Freddy maintains he has no memory of the alleged events and insists on his innocence. His childhood friend, Eddy, suddenly appears and begins to interfere in Freddy’s life, triggering a series of escalating problems. Freddy alone knows Eddy is an imaginary doppelganger and struggles to convince others that Eddy is responsible for everything going wrong. Freddy finds himself losing control of his life.
