Description:
XIMEN, a vibrant district in Taipei, attracts many visitors who often overlook its hidden depths of loneliness, affection, and unique character. Tigger, a bright but isolated young woman starting a business while her mother is abroad, discovers three defining elements of Ximending: film, finance, and a certain wildness. Her path crosses with XimenKing, the city's notorious homeless man. His eccentric behavior—giving away mysterious money, living outdoors, and haunted by the loss of his family in the 1999 earthquake—makes him the embodiment of Ximending’s madness.
