Description:
Set in an alternate 1950s, where poisonous gas has ravaged the world, *The Fitzroy* is a black comedy about the last resort for a seaside vacation: The Fitzroy hotel. This is no ordinary hotel; it's a submerged submarine off the coast of England. The film follows Bernard, who handles every job at the hotel – bellboy, cook, maintenance, you name it – as he fights to keep the decaying vessel operational. His life spirals into chaos when he falls for a guest with a deadly secret, forcing him into a day of deceit and mayhem. As Bernard tries to conceal her murders from the other guests and authorities, the Fitzroy begins to sink.
