In 2113, time travel is invented, but humanity soon learns the past is immutable. This doesn't deter rogue travelers, including Nova, a member of TCC, who journeys to 2013 to eliminate her target. She encounters Yonik, sent to assist her. Together, they locate Bly, whom Yonik swiftly kills. It’s then revealed Yonik was actually dispatched to eliminate Nova. Bly intervenes, saving Nova. Confused, Nova demands answers. Bly explains Nova's importance to the future and that Yonik intends to kill her and alter the past, despite the impossibility of doing so. A series of time-traveling twists culminates in a surprising resolution.
