Description:
In the Tokyo suburb of Shibamata, Tora-san's family prepares for a wedding. Elsewhere, Tora-san encounters an old friend in Iwate Province. He declines an invitation to drink with the friend, worried that his settled life will again be drawn to Tora-san’s restless lifestyle. Tora-san develops feelings for a female barber, but ends their relationship so she can have stability. Instead, she enters into an abusive relationship with a motorcyclist.
