Description:
A disgraced wrestler, Il-bong, chooses to stay in Seoul after failing to return home. While drifting through odd jobs, he's encouraged to try acting, but the available roles are in adult films. On set, he meets Ae-ja and they fall in love. They leave the adult film industry, and Ae-ja becomes pregnant. Due to extreme poverty, she miscarries, and Il-bong blames himself. They agree to separate for a year. During that time, Il-bong becomes a male prostitute, earning a great deal of money and hardening himself. When the year ends, he arrives at their meeting place, but Ae-ja isn't there. Il-bong cries out to the city.
