Description:
In 2046, the Chinese government introduces K1, the first cybernetic organism designed for police work with advanced social programming. Tested in a rural village, K1 quickly earns the villagers' affection and excels at its duties, almost flawlessly. However, a complication arises when Su Mei, a fellow officer, develops feelings for K1, something the cyborg is not designed to experience. Simultaneously, K88, another cyborg, goes missing after a neural malfunction, and K1 is tasked with tracking down the rogue robot.
