Kudan (2008)

Unlike the Minotaur of Western myth, the Japanese monster Kudan has a human head atop a cow's body. Born from a female cow, the Kudan speaks human language and foretells major events like wars or disasters, dying within three days. This story follows a man who is unexpectedly transformed into a Kudan. He's having difficulty connecting with his son when he receives a mysterious box by mail containing a strange helmet. Wearing the helmet transforms him into a Kudan, though his head remains in another world, emerging from the cow's body. The helmet is a gateway to that other realm.
