Description:
Nop, a minor thief in Bangkok, takes a job from the local Chinese mafia: transporting smuggled women from a fishing port to a karaoke bar in the city. During a police checkpoint stop, it's discovered the passengers are illegal immigrants. Nop flees with Liew, a woman from China traveling to Thailand to repay her family’s debts, who happens to speak Thai. A chase ensues, nearly resulting in their capture, and Nop is shot. They escape and hide in Pattaya for a few days, developing a relationship. However, Nop is obligated to deliver Liew to the mob, despite her unwillingness to work at the bar. He disagrees with this arrangement.
