In the hidden underbelly of Rio de Janeiro, vampires trade a powder that offers fleeting immortality. They operate for Limbo Corporation, a company involved in illicit dealings, headed by CEO Limboman. Vlak and Michele are the city's leading figures. However, Vlak, feeling stifled, removes the chip implanted in his gums, which allows Limboman to monitor him. He experiences a mental blackout and begins wandering the streets. Michele, seeking a new partner, encounters Draco, a flamboyant vampire and Vlak’s former rival. This reunion motivates Draco to return to the streets, where he meets Daphne, a violent vampire who uses a chainsaw against her victims. Draco joins her in a quest to find Vlak and seek revenge. Meanwhile, Vlak is kidnapped by Wang Su, a Chinese woman who controls Rio's underworld. She intends to exploit Vlak to overthrow Limboman and seize control of Limbo Corporation.
