Description:
G.I. Joe: The Revenge of Cobra is the second G.I. Joe miniseries based on the popular Hasbro Toys and Marvel Comics. Cobra steals a laser core from G.I. Joe and uses it to activate the Weather Dominator, a powerful weapon controlling natural forces. Cobra Commander aims to destroy Washington, but G.I. Joe stops the attack. The Weather Dominator then explodes into three pieces, triggering worldwide natural disasters. Can G.I. Joe recover the Dominator and defeat Cobra before it's too late? Originally broadcast in 1984, the miniseries features extensive screen time for many of the 1984 and some 1985 toys. Written by Ron Friedman, who also created the series for television and penned all four miniseries, it follows the same story structure as the first, A Real American Hero.
