Description:
In a dystopian future, the Empire of Mortemonde has conquered nearly all of Earth, forcing everyone to participate in the monthly virtual reality game Battledream. Survival hinges on achieving 1000 points each month, with real-world death a possible consequence of failure. Unbreakable firewalls prevent cheating. Syanna Meridian, a courageous young slave, joins forces with her loyal friend Alytha Mercuri to challenge this oppressive system. The only remaining free nation, Sablereve, is hesitant to fight. Syanna must persuade them to join her cause by defeating Mortemonde’s top players: Isaac Ravengorn and Alexander Torquemada, in a final, decisive game.
