Description:
When a Greek factory, VIO.ME., shuts its doors, its workers take a bold step: they occupy the plant and try to run it themselves, using direct democracy. Their actions inspire activists globally, and the former owner is shocked to see his family business become a symbol of the growing radical left. For the workers, struggling to survive, self-management is a new and challenging experience filled with disagreements. They quickly discover that to succeed, they must first change themselves.
