Muse: Resistance Tour (2010)

The Resistance Tour is a concert tour by the English alternative rock band Muse, promoting their fifth album, *The Resistance*. The tour began in Europe on October 22, 2009, with 30 shows, concluding on December 4, 2009. A second leg started on January 7, 2010, featuring thirteen shows, seven of them as part of the Australasian Big Day Out festival. Early in 2010, the tour included 26 shows across North America. Nine new European stadium dates were added for 2010, including two at Wembley Stadium. A second series of North American concerts is planned for September and October 2010, focusing on new markets. The tour is scheduled to return to Australasia in December 2010.
