Description:
Preeti Sengupta (Tanushree Dutta) is an airhostess living with her boyfriend Karan Malhotra (Rohit Roy) in a comfortable Mumbai apartment. They befriend their elderly neighbor, Madhusudan Tanha (Anupam Kher), a poet and lyricist who lives alone with his cat. Preeti struggles with trust and, wrongly suspecting infidelity, kicks Karan out. Soon, she faces financial difficulties with the apartment rent. Following advice, she advertises for a roommate and meets Neha Bhardwaj (Neetu Chandra), a sweet, unassuming girl from a small town. Impressed by Neha's kindness, Preeti sees her as the perfect roommate, and the two quickly form a close bond.
