Description:
Darcy Baker is haunted by nightmares and sleepwalking, struggling to escape the memory of childhood abuse inflicted by her mother. When Darcy's therapist, Ryan, learns her family homestead – the source of her trauma – has been abandoned, he encourages her to return and confront her buried memories. Though reluctant, Darcy agrees, hoping to gain Ryan's affection. Back at the dilapidated house, they discover the fear from her childhood still lingers. They also find Sam, a feral, mute ten-year-old who guards his secrets. Ryan risks everything to heal both Sam and Darcy, but will their shared history prove too powerful to overcome?
