Description:

During a research expedition in the South American jungle, Teresa Burns is bitten by an unknown creature. Back home, she undergoes a disturbing transformation: becoming increasingly aggressive, with heightened senses and an intense, uncontrollable desire. The bite has awakened a primal, animalistic nature within her. Her boyfriend, Paul, is suspected in a series of unexplained killings. He tells the police about Teresa's unsettling behavior since their return, claiming she is responsible for the murders.
