Description:
Five years after the first film, the serial killer Chong is released from prison by gangsters working for Dai Lo Fu and taken to San Francisco's Chinatown. When a series of murders with Chong's signature claw mark appear in New York City, cop Tarek Richards contacts his former partner, Linda Masterson, now living in Los Angeles. However, Chong isn't responsible for the new killings; he's being manipulated by crime boss Lo Fu. Lo Fu intends to combine Chong's energy with his own to open a time portal and supply ancient Shaolin monks. Secretly, Lo Fu plans to use the portal to smuggle modern weapons into Qing Dynasty China and seize control.
