Juana Had Hair of Gold (2006)

During a magic show, a magician reveals the existence of Juana, a young girl in Ciénaga, a coastal town in Colombia, whose hair is made of solid gold. The town's religious leader, the mayor, and the community see Juana’s gift as a way to solve their economic problems. However, Juana's extraordinary ability eventually transforms into a burden she must struggle against.
