We Will Be OK (2014)

Sang-seok (Kim Sang-seok) is an actor whose career hasn't taken off. He's never landed a role in a significant film and remains largely unknown, with aspirations of attending the Busan International Film Festival remaining distant. Hoping to improve his prospects, Sang-seok’s friends Jae-ho and Tae-hee propose they make a movie with him as the lead. When the project is canceled, Sang-seok is deeply disheartened and seeks solace at a karaoke bar. There, he encounters Hwa (Lee Hwa) and becomes instantly captivated by her, his disappointment overshadowed by his feelings for her. Baek Jae-ho's debut film has already been selected for several Korean film festivals, including BIFF.
