Description:
The discovery of four young women's skeletons in a forest north of Copenhagen draws Deputy Superintendent Katrine Ries Jensen and legal psychiatrist Thomas Schaeffer into a perilous investigation of Denmark's first serial killer. The offender’s motives are inexplicable, driven by an unusual pattern. Katrine and Thomas, a strong but unconventional pairing, pursue the case with methods outside the norm. Their proximity to the killer, particularly Katrine's emotional involvement, inadvertently puts them in danger, making them potential targets. To confront the killer, both must delve into the mind of the perpetrator, understanding the traumas and fantasies that fuel their actions.
