Description:
In a sprawling city, Joana's life takes a dark turn after an accident leaves her with amnesia and an inability to walk. She and her niece, Martinha, become consumed by disturbing sexual fantasies gleaned from newspaper reports, enacting increasingly violent sadomasochistic scenarios, including rape, depravity, and cannibalism within their home, which they've converted into a hotel for spying on guests. Mano Juan, the man Joana once loved and who is now released from prison, presents a dangerous reality that may surpass even her darkest imaginings. The situation escalates with deadly consequences as Joana's memories begin to return.
