Sam Hell (2008)

On Halloween, the annual haunted house gains a terrifying new exhibit. Sean Taylor, the haunted house foreman, purchases a caged head he believes is a prop. His girlfriend, Jill, finds it repulsive and wants it discarded. Unbeknownst to them, the decaying corpse is very real and undead, poised to drastically alter their lives. The corpse begins communicating with Sean telepathically, leading him to a path of madness and the paranormal. He embarks on a violent spree, acting on the cadaver's commands with a machete. As the death toll rises, Jill, with the help of a paranormal investigator, uncovers the ghoul's dark past as a serial killer and a former employee of the haunted house.
