Description:

Before stalking was widely recognized as a crime in North America, the story of Theresa Saldana captured the nation's attention. Arthur Jackson, a drifter from the U.K., travels to the U.S. specifically to find Saldana. His disturbing plan is to kill her and then request the death penalty so they can be together in the afterlife. Jackson ambushes Saldana on the street in front of her home and violently stabs her multiple times. A water deliveryman, Jeff Fenn, is the only one present who intervenes, subduing Jackson and taking the weapon from him. Jackson is arrested and charged with attempted murder. Theresa Saldana recounts her terrifying ordeal and her fight for survival in this television movie.
