Noon Gun (2015)

In Halifax, a daily cannon fire echoes through the historic North End. Inside one of the old houses, an elderly woman cares for her grandson, a graffiti artist. A couple of different races walk a strained path down a narrow street. A police officer in recovery from alcoholism briefs his seasoned young partner as they patrol. One day, the Noon Gun's sound sets off a chain of events that unexpectedly connect these individuals. As these events unfold, each person’s point of view becomes distorted, blurring the lines of reality and impacting the lives of the others.
