Water Boys 2 (2004)

"Water Boys" was a 2001 film that captivated Japan with its story of high school boys dedicating their youth to synchronized swimming. A TV series of the same name premiered in 2003, retaining the film's atmosphere while introducing new storylines and becoming a popular summer hit for its impressive synchronized swimming displays. The second season, released in the summer of 2004, shifted the setting to a new town and explored the passion, friendship, and romance of 32 boys obsessed with synchronized swimming. The series features even more compelling synchronized swimming sequences, alongside plenty of excitement and thrills, including a public performance in the final season.
