Description:
Urgh! A Music War is a 1982 British film, shot in 1980, showcasing performances by a wide range of punk rock, new wave, and post-punk artists. The film features OMD, Magazine, The Go-Go's, Toyah Willcox, The Fleshtones, Joan Jett & the Blackhearts, X, XTC, Devo, The Cramps, Oingo Boingo, Dead Kennedys, Gary Numan, Klaus Nomi, Wall of Voodoo, Pere Ubu, Steel Pulse, Surf Punks, 999, UB40, Echo & the Bunnymen, and The Police. Alongside well-known bands from the new wave scene, the movie also includes several lesser-known acts, and a completely obscure group, Invisible Sex, seemingly captured in their only public performance.
