Description:
When a dam threatens to flood Hanatani Village in Tokushima Prefecture, the residents decide to document their community through photographs for posterity. Kenichi, the village's only photographer, takes on the project, enlisting his estranged son Takashi, a budding photographer, to assist. Initially resistant due to their distant relationship, Takashi's perspective shifts as they visit each family together and he witnesses his father's dedication to the task.
