Description:
Peping wakes to discover their goat, Gima, is gone. Their family depends on Gima's milk for their livelihood, so Peping hides the news from his grandmother. With his father arriving the next day, he must find Gima quickly. He and his younger sister, Lita, embark on a difficult search across the island of Sabtang in Batanes. Frustrating obstacles arise throughout the day, increasing the tension as nature and circumstance work against them. The journey reveals to Peping the complexities of life, showing how kindness and cruelty can coexist.
