Blood Pacific (2009)

Jorge, a seasoned artist, actor, and director, is determined to make a film about the Latin American wars of independence. Charito, a young woman from the Peruvian jungle, arrives in Buenos Aires to work as a maid. The film unfolds through the dreams, visions, and fantasies of the two main characters, interwoven with images of horses, fencing, film clips, and anthropological footage.
