Description:
Viktor Frankenstein, dismissed from university for unorthodox experiments and erratic behavior, moves to Canada to study brain control with Professor Preston. Framed by campus radicals (in a photograph showing Viktor with a joint), he is expelled. He then injects a Tae Kwon Do expert, Tony, with his experimental brain control pellets. Tony becomes a violent force, attacking radicals, drowning a photographer, and severely injuring a reporter. Meanwhile, Viktor's relationship with his often-naked girlfriend remains strangely secretive. The film questions who the true monster is: Viktor or Tony?
