Tina is constantly stressed and overworked. Her demanding boss, whom she calls "Rick the Dick," makes it impossible for her to even apartment hunt with her roommate, Maureen. Already plagued by disturbing dreams of a narrow, unsettling hallway, Tina reluctantly signs a lease for an apartment she hasn't seen. On moving day, she's horrified to find that the hallway to her new home is exactly like the one in her dreams. Determined not to worry Maureen or question her own sanity, Tina tries to ignore it. But the stress dreams intensify, and she begins seeing Maureen unexpectedly – in her dreams, at work, and even in the apartment when she's not there. Eventually, Tina reaches a breaking point.
