Description:
A porter named Arafa, struggling with sexual frustration, marries a wealthy widow, Warda. However, his work suffers due to their frequent intimacy. A man named Morsi arrives in town and seeks out Arafa and his friend, Dasouki, to inquire about a violent man named Asran. They learn Morsi was hired by the wealthy Kilani to enlist Asran in killing a contractor, Fuad Minawi. Arafa pretends to be Asran and accepts a down payment of 2,000 pounds. Morsi realizes he's been deceived, and a fight ensues between Arafa and Asran. Asran is killed, but the official report states he died of a heart attack. Kilani pressures Arafa to finish the job, but Arafa refuses. One of Kilani’s men then murders Dasouki and fails to kill Arafa. Arafa then resolves to seek revenge for Dasouki's death.
