Description:
Rudi Schlosser and his ex-wife Anna go to Marrakech for their daughter Tina's wedding. There, they discover Tina's groom isn't the German engineer she thought, but Karim Mernissi, the local project leader. Raised by his uncle Rafiq, a literature professor, Karim is determined to have a traditional Berber wedding to appease his family, who disapprove of his European bride. Anna starts to embrace tradition, falls for Rafiq, and reconciles with Rudi, but uncovers a shocking family secret of the Mernissi family that even surprises Karim.
