Thousand Year Old Wolf (1983)

In the final years of the Koryo dynasty, a family of hunters lives in the forest. Chang-su leads his family: his brothers Man-su and Jong-su, his wife Sam-ok, his son Bok, and his daughter Sun-ie. While hunting, the three brothers are kidnapped by bandits who demand the skin of a legendary thousand-year-old wolf in exchange for Sam-ok. Chang-su retrieves the wolf and delivers it to the bandits. Upon reuniting with Sam-ok, he mistakenly believes she is the wolf and kills her. Consumed by despair, Chang-su and his brothers struggle to cope. Man-su marries Jin-jin, the granddaughter of Old Man Hwang. However, Jin-jin is secretly a female wolf seeking revenge. She murders Man-su and Jong-su. As she approaches Sun-ie, she shoots an arrow...
