Bark, George (2003)

George is a dog, and his mother is his mother. When George makes unusual noises, his mother takes him to the veterinarian to check his health and temperature. The vet repeatedly asks George to bark, often after his mother has become very anxious because George makes sounds that aren't typical for dogs. His mother has been trying to teach him what a dog should sound like, saying, "A cat goes 'meow,' a dog goes 'arf!' Now bark, George." Thankfully, George manages to bark correctly. But before he does, the vet puts on gloves and prepares to examine him.
