Katapusang Labok (2012)

In a rural coastal town north of Cebu, Philippines, fishermen struggle with the effects of environmental damage impacting their livelihoods. Facing dwindling fish stocks, Randy, a fisherman in his late twenties, turns to cockfighting, hoping to compete in the town's derby. His mother suggests a pilgrimage to the city for the feast of the Infant Jesus, believing it will bring him luck. Meanwhile, fellow fisherman Tonyo asks Randy to join their fight against those harvesting coral reefs. Randy is ultimately forced to choose between his faith and the community's struggle.
