Description:
Appleton, Wisconsin, 1886. Twelve-year-old Harry has been fascinated by magic since he was a child. But the small town offers little opportunity for his talent to grow. He practices constantly in his parents' barn, but knows his ambitions are far beyond Appleton. Then, he hears about a contest in New York City, announced by the mayor for the Statue of Liberty’s opening. The catch? Contestants must be trained by a professional magician, and Harry has no idea how to find one. That is, until his father reveals that Nikola Tesla is in town! Tesla recognizes Harry's talent, creativity, and daring, and offers him a chance, inviting him to his home, along with his niece Beth and robotic assistant Amrold.
