LowerTown Paducah (2013)

Its LowerTown district underwent a revitalization when artists from across the nation moved into historic homes, thanks to a major Artist Relocation Program. This documentary explores the city's history and the tradition of quilting in America through artist profiles, interviews, and archival photographs. Featuring artists specializing in crafts like egg carving, printmaking, ceramics, and quilts, the film combines beautiful cinematography with a diverse score by Josh Coffey. It is the first feature-length documentary from award-winning filmmaker H. Paul Moon.
