Description:
CIA commander Carl J. Sukenick fights terrorists using martial arts, with his father monitoring the security center. Agent Neal, secretly a traitor mutated by radiation, sends Sara Shell to reunite with her husband, Agent Mark Shell, and daughter Sheila. They are brutally killed by enemy agents; one even cuts off Sara's hand. A subsequent radiation blast from Neal mutates Joe as he stalks the streets. Carl claims ignorance of a powerful extra-dimensional being invading their world but dispatches a team to combat the mutations and the agent, who unnervingly giggles. Discovering a second traitor and the presence of an alien, Carl resolves to eliminate his allies and hunt down the otherworldly entity.
