Description:
Jarda Kuchař lives off rental income and spends his summers running a dilapidated snack bar at an abandoned pond, assisted by the local man Kamil. His customers include two tractor drivers, Jirka and Péťa, and Pepa Vrtílek, a passionate fisherman who is also Jarda's rival, along with his dog Pepík. Their peaceful summer days are shattered when Lojza, a monstrous catfish, appears and eats Pepík. Jarda sees this as a chance to boost tourism and recruits fishermen nationwide. Surprisingly, two actually answer the call.
